TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the FRed Lobster Arcade ("the Arcade", "we", "us"). The Arcade is a free games site operated by FieldLabSolutionsLLC. By using the Arcade, you agree to these terms. Please give them a read.

1. WHAT THIS IS

The Arcade hosts a small collection of original browser games inspired by classic arcade titles. You can play as a guest, or create a free account to keep your scores on shared leaderboards. There is no charge to play, and we do not sell anything here.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

• You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share it.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Don't impersonate another person or pick a username intended to mislead.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian agree to these terms with you.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting an account removes your profile and avatar, but your past score entries remain on the leaderboards under your initials (no longer linked to an account).

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

Play fair, be decent. In particular, please do not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or otherwise submit scores you did not earn through normal play.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site.
• Use the bio, name, or initials fields to post hateful, threatening, sexual, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content, or anything that targets or harasses another person.
• Use the Arcade to send spam or to violate anyone else's rights.

We can remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access at any time if we think these rules are being broken — including content that's just plainly out of step with the spirit of the place.

4. CONTENT YOU POST

You're responsible for anything you put on your profile (initials, name, location, bio, links, avatar image). Don't upload images you don't have the right to use. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display it on the Arcade for the purpose of running the site.

5. SCORES AND LEADERBOARDS

Scores you submit, along with the initials and (if logged in) the username and avatar associated with them, are displayed publicly on the leaderboards. That's the whole point.

6. AVAILABILITY

The Arcade is provided as-is. We try to keep it online and working, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that scores won't ever be lost in a database hiccup. Don't store anything important here that exists only here.

7. NO WARRANTY · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Arcade is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldLabSolutionsLLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Arcade. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the Arcade is limited to one US dollar ($1).

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Arcade may link to external sites (for example, the FRed Lobster Social Club site, or a player's Facebook link on their profile). We're not responsible for the content of those sites.

9. CHANGES

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the Arcade. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
